Virtual kitchens, dark kitchens, ghost kitchens: the pandemic years have seen the spread of these catering models in which the kitchen takes center stage, but without a restaurant. Ordering food is still possible, but it's takeaway and without leaving your home.

Home restaurants, on the other hand, rely on completely opposite intentions. The flavors, aromas, and traditions behind the dishes prepared must be explained and enjoyed in a family setting; but who better than the person who cooked them to explain the care, passion, and history behind their preparation? So, if we had to explain what a Home Restaurant is, we could say that it is about helping those who taste the delicacies to understand the love behind every single combination of ingredients, the respect for tradition that they embody, and the joy of being able to share one's culinary experiments.
