Vesuvius
Menu Land
Nicknamed "'A Muntagn" by the Neapolitans, Vesuvius is a volcano whose soil is rich in minerals that have made it fertile for centuries, giving rise to countless culinary delights. Among these are the so-called pomodorini del piennolo: small, round red jewels with a characteristic point at the base and a sweet, sour flavor, the star of many Neapolitan recipes.
Strong, intense, and explosive flavors in constant balance between delicacy and complexity: the land of Campania has given the Neapolitans this and much more.
