Discovering the area
Few people can say they are in love with the place where they were born and raised, and if that place represents the culinary heartland of unforgettable flavors, then you can consider yourself particularly lucky.
Loving your homeland also means embracing all the riches it has to offer, both culinary and otherwise, striving to make the most of them and finding the perfect balance between food and drink. This is how the ideafor the SoloSud Home Restaurant came about: from a desire to give everyone the chance to taste traditional dishes, but seen through the eyes of a young couple who believed so strongly in their homeland that they made it their vocation.
But passion alone is not enough. Hence the decision to attend the Level I course to become a Sommelier, in order to learn about, describe, and learn how to pair the region's finest wines with the dishes we prepare for our guests. And then, the decision to organize cultural tours throughout the Campania region to discover the archaeological and natural beauty that our region has to offer (hence the birth of the project Walking in Campaniaproject).

All this and much more is at the heart of our SoloSud Home Restaurant: respect for tradition, refinement of unique flavors, passion for combinations, and a great deal of love for our territory.
